By using DDU you can remove these leftovers and solve many common issues related with GPU drivers" Over time these leftover files can cause compatibility issues, such as drivers failing to install, reducing performance or system crashes/freezes. "Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) is a driver removal tool that can help you completely uninstall AMD (ATI), NVIDIA and Intel graphics drivers from your system, without leaving leftovers behind (such as registry keys, folders, files, driver store) R5 2400G - Noctua NH-D14 - Asus Prime X370-Pro - 16gb G.A Basic Tutorial to Uninstall your Graphics driver using the DDU Tool (Driver Display Uninstaller) R9 3900X - H100i GTX - Asus Prime X570 Pro - EVGA RTX2060KO - 32gb LPX 3200mhz - EVGA 750G2 - 250gb 970 Evo - 6TB WD My Book Duo (Reds) - Inwin 103 White - Dell U3415W - Qpad MK-85 Brown - Logitech MX518 Legendary - Blue Yeti Platinum - Noblechairs Icon

Like in Driverstore or tucked away somewhere else? Would DDU be a good way to get all of this old stuff removed before trying another install of 14.9 or should I try going back even further to 14.7 or so? I don't remember when I installed 14.9 but I know I installed 14.9.1 around (if not exactly at) the same time of the BF4 fall patch and that's when everything went to hell. Which is caused by a failed update the driver. I was told this by an EA specialist: I did do some research and in the crash logs there is a aticf圆4.dll. I was able to get into a BF4 server for 50 minutes before crashing. When the problems weren't resolved I followed the instructions on this site ( ) and did another uninstall/reinstall of 14.9.

So far I've tried uninstalling AMD catalyst from Programs, then uninstalling the drivers from Device Manager and finally deleting the AMD/ATI folders in my Program Files folders.

I've since reverted back to 14.9 but am still having problems. I've been having issues with BF4 crashing and am looking at the possibility that it has something to do with the 14.9.1 (average about 10 minutes to crash) & 14.9.2 (crash during load or upon entering server) beta drivers that I installed. Would you recommend it? Most posts on other sites seem to be positive but there are always a few that warn against using any driver cleaner. Does anyone have experience using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)?
